job summary

A golden opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a regional brewery, Workhorse is looking for an experienced beer salesperson to help scale our distribution network. This position involves direct, daily interfacing with Workhorse management team to craft (see what we did there?) our sales strategy, identify key accounts, revise pricing and incentive programs. A minimum of three years experience in beer sales is preferred, but not mandatory. 
 

what you'll be doing

  • Helping to shape and scale a new brand by highlighting partner accounts
  • Regularly visiting accounts, not only for service calls
  • Working with management to determine all sales strategy
  • Managing inventory and budgets
  • Optimizing routes for delivery drivers
  • Engaging with partners and creating off-site events
  • Create SOP and organizational structure for future staff
  • Develops marketing and sponsorship initiatives
  • Review/generate consumer insights and analyze data to inform future action

skills you'll need

  • Industry experience

  • Basic to intermediate proficiency in brewery management software
