Weizenbock | 7.7% ABV

Brewed in the traditional German method, this beer undergoes a rigorous decoction during its mash which adds to the rich, malty and bready character. Low hopping and heavy grain and yeast characteristics impart clove-like phenols and aromas/flavors of banana. Close your eyes and this might be a chocolate covered banana in a glass.
