West Coast IPA 7.9% ABV | Citrus, Resinous, Robust

This delicious IPA is brewed with Sultana, Citra and Mosaic hops, and fermented with a thiol boosting yeast strain ("Tropics" from Berkley Yeast). Aromatics of guava, passion fruit, and grapefruit are beautifully balanced by a big hoppy flavor. To provide a nice backbone, this brew is backed with a grainy body from Simpsons Naked Golden Oats and some White Wheat.
