Food Truck: Urban's Pizza

Inspired by the Neapolitan tradition, Urban’s slowly ferments their sourdough for a minimum of 24 hours and bake pizzas in a 900 degree wood-burning oven. The results are transformative: a pillowy-soft crust with a distinctive crunch, flavor and aroma.
